Sarah Lewis, LMFT
Hello and welcome!
I’m Sarah, and I’m glad you’re here. Life isn’t easy, and I’m here to support you through the highs, lows, and everything in between. My approach is integrative, collaborative, and strengths-based, supporting you and your family through each stage of life.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to feel supported and empowered while navigating the overwhelming seasons of life, relationship challenges, family transitions, co-parenting dynamics, and burnout.
With a background in special education, I’m passionate about supporting kids and teens navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges impacting daily life. I work closely with parents, supporting them in understanding their child’s IEP needs and advocating for mental health supports and accommodations.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
I’m honored to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you and your family. If this resonates with you, let’s connect.
I offer in-person/home/community sessions and virtual sessions so you can choose what works best for you and your family.
