I’m so glad to see you here. Taking this step to pursue the tools you need for a more fulfilling life is a brave choice, and it is my hope that I can be a support to you along the way.

 

Are you or your child struggling with perfectionism, explosive emotions, difficulty with change and transition, impulsivity, trouble connecting with peers, disorganization and lack of focus, rigid thinking, anxiety, or low mood? If any of these areas sound familiar, you’re in the right place! Most of my clinical experience has involved supporting clients and families through challenges related to anxiety, depression, neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD, learning disorders), relational and self-esteem challenges, parenting support, and emotion management. I would love to accompany you in your journey to explore the strengths you already have, as well as build skills to navigate the challenges and life stressors that you may encounter over time.

 

I enjoy working with individuals and families looking to transform their relationships and find healing. My approach is person and attachment-centered, rooted in creating a safe space to show up as you are. I strive to bring warmth and authenticity into my sessions, and often implement art and play therapy modalities. I am passionate about providing grounded, compassionate, and individualized mental health support, no matter how big or small the issue may seem!

 

As a North County-based LCSW, San Diego native, and having attended SDSU to obtain my Master of Social work, I feel very privileged to serve this community! Over the past several years I have provided clinical services in a variety of clinical and community settings.
